SHIPPING INFORMATION
-We are shipping the FULL FORM plant with the roots prepared and wrapped in sphagnum moss, taking the best care to ensure the plants arrive alive and strong upon delivery to you. We ship worldwide via our partner, Dragon Courier (7-14 days from the purchase date) with delivery expected on average within 5-7 days of shipment.
Shipping Costs: US$85 for the first item and US$10 for each additional item (PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE included)
One box contains 1-12 items (Depending on plant sizes) Multiple/bulk purchases can be combined in one box.

Please check your local weather and domestic custom laws/shipping regulations.
We cannot be held responsible for any delay, confiscating, destruction or additional import duty incurred by your country’s Custom Department. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by adverse weather conditions in your location, as well as future plants growth.
**For Customers in the United States, please send us a copy of import permit papers and label number from USDA if ordering more than 12 plants.
For shipments of 12 plants or less, an import permit is not required**
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
-Refund or replacement can be applied for if the plant is dead on arrival ONLY !!
Please send us photographic evidence for approval to offer replacement/refund, but this must be within the advised arrival and reception date.
-In the case of a replacement plant, we offer the given plant(s) excluding shipping costs.
If you consider replacement, we shall request a full shipping charge from you to enhance your shipment.
-In the case of a refund, we will decide upon a partial or full refund as the case may be.
We will refund the plant price to you excluding shipping costs.
In a case of a lost package (over 30 days after shipment), please check your tracking number on the courier website if the package is still on delivery or held at customs. Please endeavor to file a case to Dragon Courier/UPS/FedEx for claims. Please note: cases of lost items are beyond the scope of our guaranteed refund as the fault for this lies entirely with the courier company.
PLEASE NOTE: You are buying a living plant, it will be in a dark box during shipment. As a result, there may be some imperfections or slight damage on receipt. Please be prepared to rehabilitate your plant and don’t create stress for yourself and your plants:)
